Flash in Powerpoint

Okay a funny one this. Someone may have come accross this problem.

I have created a flash animation its only small. I have managed to embed the animation in the presentation and it works just fine. My problem is it will not auto play. I have to right mouse click and click play. Does anyone know how to get the animation to auto run.
