Flash Image Gallery?

The "automatic" image gallery creator that Dreamweaver makes (via Fireworks) sucks and I was wondering if anyone might know how an image gallery like the one the being used for the car in this ebay auction, can be created:

Any help or a point in the right direction would be much appreciated.
