You would have to open a popup window that is not resizable!
That means using some javascript. Check out the FAQ section, for more info on opening popups.
Make sure the resizable param is set to 0 or false!

other benefits:

> Creating your personal profile so that people know more about you, and you can advertise yourself to others.
> Not having to remember your login password
Also, the stars aren't a voting system. They're there to mark threads which have proved helpful so that Visitors/Members can more easily find a solution to their problem for future reference.

I've been a member since Oct 21, 2000, and have logged in 914 times. I last logged in on Tue, Jun 19, 2001. I've started 27 threads in the forums and have made 1290 posts in other threads. I have also contributed 10 FAQs to this technical community.
While in the forums, I have voted 18 posts helpful, letting my fellow members know their posts have helped me with my work.
