flash hook feature codes

Anybody familiar with any required feature codes to enable flash hook blind transfers. I'm trying to get the IVR to work with the Avaya switch for transfers. The transfer will work, in that the call will transfer to the destination party, but once the other party answers the phone the two callers are disconnected. I'm using a flash "!" for the connect feature code so I'm not sure if this is the expected feature code to connect the two parties.

Anybody know if there is a different connect code to use for the Avaya G3?

If you do a "display feature-access-codes" look for a feature called "Flash Access Code:" If there is not a code listed, you may need to do a "change feature-access-codes" to add one.
