Flash help 8.0

I have an animated picture done on Flash 8.0, what i need to do is the following:
1) when the mouse comes over the picture, the mouse pointer should be turned into a Hand(hyperlink), so when we click on the picture it would take us to a site such as

http://www.google.com

Make the picture into a movieclip and give it an instance name, in this case picture_mc. (I'm also assuming that the instance of this movie clip isn't nested)

Add a layer to the main timeline called 'Actions'. On this layer, add actions which say:

_root.picture_mc.onRelease = function(){
getURL("

http://www.google.com",_blank);

};

This will open Google in a new window.
