I JUST REPROGRAMMED A CICS WITH A FLASH VOICEMAIL FOR A CUSTOMER AND EVERY THING WORKS FINE EXCEPT THE GENERAL MAILBOX. SOMEONE CHANGED THE PASSWORD FROM 1000000. IS THERE ANYWAY TO CHANGE IT BACK ? TKS.

what you are saying does not really make sense. Of course you can reset the password for the gen deliv. It is reset the same way any other mailbox is under feat983.

now that you say that i just realized i was trying to reset the password for gm/b 10 instead of 100. sorry about that. it's been a long day..
