flash forward ext. to another ext. have 2nd ext. mail pickup

I help maintain a mics 5.0 with flash. Is there any way to forward an extension to another extension and have the second extensions mailbox pick up if the call is not answered intead of reverting to the dialed extensions mailbox.

EX. I dial extension 1100. 1100 is forwarded no answer to extension 2200. No one answers extension 2200. I want the call to go to extension 2200 mailbox instead of 1100.

Setup off prem notification to be INT and to the ext you want but this requires password sharing between the 2 people.

Can this be done with CICS 4.0 with Flash? If so, where do you setup off prem notification? I can't seem to find it.
