Hello guys

I have animated a sequence of images, but when I make the film they are in the center of a white screen.
Can anybody tell me please how do I crop the film, if I only want the square area in the middle to be the film.
Is it with a mask? If so, how?

Many thanks in advance

M.

When you say they are in the center of a white screen, do you mean that the background of the flash movie is white or that the image bg is white?

To change the movie bg color, in your tool bar, choose, modify/document and choose a new color.

If the bg of the pictures is white, you can mask them or crop out the white in photoshop. To make a mask, draw a shape on a new layer on top of the part of the image you want to show. Right click on the layer and choose MASK. If both layers are locked, the mask layer and the layer to be masked, you should only see the part of the image where you drew the shape.

Thanks.
I can mask the parts of the pictures i don't want in the final film.
But how do i "tell" flash only to consider the dimentions of the unmasked area to be put to film?

Cheers
