Flash file is not displaying when two browsers are opened simultaneoly

In a web page there are flash file to display the content from the database. One of which is having problem as follows:

Open the URL through a browser (say IE) to display that particular flash file.
It will display exactly.
Close this IE.

- I have replicated the same in FireFox
- It is also displays the same thing

- Then I have opened those two browsers simultaneously in the same machine (IP)
- IE browser was opened first, displayed that flash file
- The second browser FireFox did not display that flash file.

Anybody can suggest me to resolve this issue.
