Flash email form PHP script prob.

I have a simple Flash form with a PHP script that helps me send the info to an email address. Am I missing something below or do you need to see the .fla? I am new but used this script with the same thing earlier in the year but just dont know what I did differently....thanks in advance!

The first question to ask is, do all those variables contain values, and do they contain the values which you think they do?

Also, what is it doing or not doing? ______________________________________________________________________

My form is not sending the info to the email address. There are 4 frames that you can see in the .fla in the zip file below. I had this working before and what happens it plays the last frame.
I don't know what's up with this.

Oh and the php file is different than the one above, the one above is the one i had success with the last time.

anyone? anyone? i am terrible with this PHP stuff and trying. but i do not personally know anyone that knows it.
