flash drop down menu

I'm newbie here and would like to know how to create a flash drop down menu. When mouse on a button then pop up a pull down menu and when mouse on one of the items then it change color. That's all I want to learn. I know it might be very easy, but anyone know somewhere or can show me the details. I'll be very appreciated it.
