Flash Disk seen as Security Device in XP

Hi..
My flash disk is seen in XP as a Security Device..in the Device Manager...really dont know how I can get to reformat and use the disk again...Windows cant find its drivers or sth...please give me some clues.

What brand and model? Some flash units come with built-in security.

It just says "My Flash"....(TM....Trademarked though)..It came with a CD ..USB Flash Driver...Ver. PL2.20.....INSTALLED IT...but it cant pick up the drive....please give me some clues as to how I can foramt it...
