Flash + Collecting Data

I know how to load swf's into holder _mc clips but is there a way to load a swf (part1) containing a list of items that a user can select from, the selected item details are transferred to another clip that holds the data (data). Then anorher file be loaded (part2) containing options for the first part, and when an option is selected, that option data is "added" to the initial (data). And if needed two or three other similar swfs to the same.

Then from the (data) swf, be able to send email, and also print the contents of what the selected items are?

I realze this is a long question but, I've got to start somewhere.
