flash button help

I have created several buttons as symbols and have them slide in from the left hand side of the screen when you enter the page. I used motion tween to get them from point A to point B(their resting point). How do I get to stop looping and just stay on the screen so the user can navigate.

Add (Insert) a new layer, and name it actions.
Select the last frame of this new layer, and press F6 to add a keyframe. Double-click that keyframe and add a stop(); action to it.
