Hey,

First off try not to laugh to hard when ya hear my question. Now anyway I'm real new to Flash 5, and I have completed the 8 lessons that come with the program, and I have even read through Macromedia.com. How do I change the color of my background when I start the program? THe paint bucket tool never lets me. If thats too much trouble could someone just tell me where I could find a really good step-by-step tutorial on general usage other then that included with the program cause it is bad..?

Thanks in advance. --"Hello Microsoft? Yeah this is Mike again.. now it says: "Hit any key when ready..." My question is: "Where's the "any key"? Is my keyboard broken..?

right click on the background goto movie properties and change from there..

i fin dit better to make one of teh layers a "background" layers and then draw a big square to cover teh movie in teh color i want....that way its easier to change the color for certain scenes later and it makes life much easier....

x-)
