Flash as navigation only - rest of site asp pages??? 2

I would like to create a website that uses Flash for the navigation (so the flash movie would only use a small portion of the web page - say, on the left). On the remainder of the page, I would like to display asp page content. I am familiar with using asp pages (with a standard header and footer) but have not found any forums or tutorials that explain how to incorporate Flash navigation with a website done in asp pages. I am hoping there is a way to do this without using frames. Thanks in advance for any help.
