pls tell me how to insert a flash animation figure( eg: a animated cloud ) in to the library

If it is a gif or swf just create a new symbol and check
the movie clip then ok. Then inport ani into the frames.
Go back to you scene then click window/library.
You should see it there just drag it into your scene
