Flash and...? 1

Hi, I have only worked with flash in simple websites, nothing more than basic ActionScript and animation. my question is...I want to know if Flash can work with other weblanguages:

1- Can Flash work with ASP or PHP or MYSQL, wich is the best and easiest for me to learn?

2- Can Flash read an XML file and show it as the XSLT file for that XML wants it to show, with it's JavaScript and all?

Answer 1: Yes. The choice is yours, Flash can send and load variables from both ASP and PHP. You will need one of the two no matter which DB you are using.

Answer 2: Yes and No. Flash can read and display XML (and MX 2004 Pro you can even edit XML values) but can not use the XSLT. Flash can call javascript functions that are included in it's "parent" page. (the page with the object and embed tags)
