I am new to Flash but I have a very good knowledge of VB. I am currently writing a VB app that incorporates a simple Flash movie. This works fine but I want the code to "pause" i.e. wait until the Flash movie completes. Is there a way within Flash (actionscript?) that will pass a value back to VB to indicate that the movie has completed?

Regards,

Alan

Patrick,

Thanks for the reply bit I have seen that article but it does not explain what I really need...ie an event triggered when the movie has completed playing...
