flash and php

Hello all. It has been awhile since I've posted anything. But as I am just simply trying to develop my skills in flash - I notice that I must master a server side script. I have chosen to use the PHP & am currently looking for good resources. As tek-tips has always been beneficial & full of "people who know" - I am asking for good info about using flash with php - you know the usual - adding records, deleting records, updating records - using a preloader with flash & php when you are trying to load images in flash from a database. I have searched myself, but I am interested in what tutorials & education resources you all have accumulated as you guys seem to always be in the know. I appreciate any tutorials, links or resources - and am thankful for your input. Thanks for all your help in advance.
