flash and min-height

I have an swf file that plays in a browser and scales to fit the window size. Is there a way I can use CSS styles to control the swf, so I can set a minimum height for the swf. Basically, I want them to be able to scale down the swf for smaller browser windows, but only to a resolution of 1024 X 768

I don't think you can use CSS for this but you can use Javascript to write Flash object's dimension dynamically.
