Doctarain,
If the flash is embedded into an HTML_page1.
You could create a iframe in HTML_page2 and then load the HTML_page1 (containing the flash) into that iframe.
Eg.) <iframe src="HMTL_page1.html" name="MyContent">Text for non compatible browsers here</iframe>
