Flash & WMP

I am using a flash slider on a page which has ratings from 0 to 10 mentioned and the user has to move the slider to give points to a movie running on the same page in Windows media player. But when the movie is running and i move the slider from 0 to any other position the Movie in WMP stops. I am not getting how to solve this problem. And also some times the movie in WMP dosen't run when Flash slider object is there.(Both embeded objects not working at same time).If one is removed then other works.

Have you tried running the Window Media player in a popup, maybe then both of them could play at the same time.
