Flash & Shockwave Player

Hi Their,

I have got a pc for training purposes and I am using a training cd and that training cd requires Macromedia Flash. I want to download Macromedia Flash and Shockwave Player but the problem is it starts installing it. Is there a way to download flash player and shockwave player without installing?

plz help!!!!

thanks for your reply flash player I manage to download it but Shockwave starts installation as I mentioned in my previous message. I will try other places as well let see if I can fin it.
