flash activex not enabled on my website on IE6

Hi all,
I am working on a website using c#/asp.net
The home page has flash content in it. If i uninstall flash, i do not see the activex control that prompts user to download flash. This happens only on IE6. It works fine on firefox. Although if i view other websites that has flash, i do see the flash activex on IE6.
I am not sure if i am missing something in my code.
Any help will be appreciated.

what browser is this not working in?

anyways this is a browser settings and cannot be controlled using code...

Known is handfull, Unknown is worldfull
