I would like it if someone could help me out with a menu system? I need to know how they do the menu system at

Hey! Here's my version of how this thing was somewhat done!

Only one active button, the left square on the left and when pressed it only outputs some text, but that's the basics! You'll find the .fla in the zipped package!
No preloader... So it does take some time before it plays!

Well I can basically do that but the hard part is making it shrink as you click on it. Try clicking on "Archive" and see what happens. I need to know how to make it so it shrinks then has those seperate buttons. Also when you click on current how it loads the page and shrinks the menu onto that page.
