Flash AA how to pickup after 3 rings? 1

Dear Friends.
(M8x24, DR5.1; Flash 2 port, 2.x)
Background: Currently we have a night service Manual button that we turn on when operator is away. All desks can answer phone if operator doesn't PU (small office). But if no one PU then the phone keeps ringing.

Question: How can we have AA PU after 3 rings as a safety backup when operator or anyone doesn't PU. We don't want to alter the manual Night Service button.

I just tried the instructions by mroberts "programming manual night service" ...At the bottom of instructions...found how to answer call during daytime with delayed rings. Worked fine!!!!!!
