Allright, so I'm working on a flash cartoon. Problem is, let's say I put a sound on frame 2000...the sound'll play on some oddball one waaaay before it like 1678...I've tried a crapload of different frames and it keeps doing it for my flash. I don't know what to do, and I'm sure as hell not starting over just because Flash doesn't know how to implement sound effects right. Thanks.

You're right... Sound is certainely not one of Flash's best features.

But in order to maintain some relative tight sync (and Flash has further problems if your movie exceeds 1000 frames...), you absolutely need to set your sounds' Sync to "stream" (not "event"), and you must continuously have some "stream" sound on the timeline, if only some silence sound, so that there's no gap of sounds on the timeline.
