I am trying to reset a Flash 4.I do a Feature 983 and enter in the default password 1020000 and it is invalid no one knows what it might be on site. How do you over ride this to reset the Flash?

Reset the admin password as follows:
Feature 985
The Display will read: "Set : XXX"
Press "9"
Enter the following using the dial pad:
RESETSMPSWD ( 73738767793 )
The Display will read: "reset password?"
Press YES softkey
Press RLS
Your password will then be defaulted back to "0000"
