When it goes away, does it come back on it's own?
Is there a chance that you are just running out of ports?
All busy?
Also, when it "goes away", go into Maintenance and check the status of the v-mail DN's.
sig,
I've got this problem on a Flash 4 and a Flash Mini. The fearture codes just go inactive. I have to reboot the KSU each time. No ryme or reason I can see.
Love to know what causes it.

When it "goes away" I can't log in to any mail box. Feature 983 is present, but simply exits when I enter the password. It almost behaves as if it has not been installed.

Well... I had to reinstall again to get flash back online. I sure wish I new what caused this. I thinking maybe the nvram is flaky. Does anyone know if there is a battery to be replaced there?
I had a kind of similar problem with a couple of flashes, both were on UPS systems and if the building lost power the UPS picked up the load and the phone system never dropped but the flashes locked up and had to be restarted, I am expecting this one to re-occur since the storm season/power fail season is upon us. don't know why just thought I'd throw this out there
