Flash 4 and Publisher synchronisation

First of all,any help at all will greatly be appreciated.

I have a project where I hae to synchronise a voice clip with animation.I use Publisher mode(.exe) for the final result.I synchronise all of it in the normal flash window first and when thats all done,the problem begins when I publish it in .exe mode,as all the synchronisation is lost and I have redo it while looking at the published mode every time I move the frames to synchronise.

Is there anyway to make the published result and the result as viewed in design mode the same,as in the synchroisation times?
