Flash 2 problem 1

I have a Flash 2 connected to a CICS,4 lines on the system,line 4 is setup as a backdoor.When you call in, sometimes you can hear a noise similiar to a fax tone when the AA answers the call.The noise only last for about 5 seconds and goes away.Tried switching port, tried rebooting and checked programming on CICS.Anybody got an idea what it can be.

Yes, go in and tell the IRAD not to answer the line.

Go into programing. Under system programing, remote access. There you will find IRAD, the first thing up is answer line, just hit clr on the far left soft key.
