Flash 2 Info Box

I can't set up an info box on a Flash 2.

I do F983, P/W, OK. I press MBox and then 1. 1 appears to do nothing as it will not go into the Info MBox section. Never had that problem before. Any suggestions?

Not sure if software dependent but can you MBOX, ADD, then change Subscriber to Info?

Haven't tried your suggestion, nor a reboot but will test next week.
