flash 2.0 power spike lost info for mail

when entering ftr 9*1, it says "sysadmin 983", no options to check ftr codes, when i enter ftr 983 and password 120000, or 10240, the programm exits, do i need to reset somtehing, enter something, your expertise is greatly apprieciated

You have lost all your programming which is a common problem with flash voicemail systems, make sure your customer clears old messages, get the system on a UPS and surge protected.

When it is asking for a pswd enter 266344, and you will go thru the config process again.
