Flare Video Calling (iPad)

Hi,

Is there any special setup required to get video calling working on Flare for iPad? When I drag a contact into the main window the video calling option is greyed out. If I click video from the contact list on the right, a message saying 'Video Not Available - Your extension is not licensed for video, do you wish to proceed with voice only?' pops up.

The extension has a power user licence, Enable Softphone and Enable Flare ticked in manager.

I believe you need Avaya 8.1 feature pack to have video on the Ipad flare. I gave up trying to get this working in our office as one thing you could not do was transfer calls. What version of Avaya do you have installed?

Running 8.1(57), soon to be upgraded to 67.

Upgrade to 8.1.69 and use "Flare Experience" with or without CFE. Works fine for me also transferring calls works good.
