Flagged Email, No Reminder Pops Up

Outlook 2000, performed a detect/repair, also performe /cleanreminders. Right click an email, setting a due date for a follow up and nothing pops up. The general reminders were not popping up, but since the detect/repair it now works. Also, logging in at a different machine as this same individual it works. So it is specific to that machine.

Any ideas?
