Flag Wave: How To?

Hi,

I want to make a flag wave...but I don't know how!

Has anyone ever done anything like this, or seen anything like this?

I can't seem to find the right "tween" to do it, and I want to avoid doing it key frame by keyframe.

You should be able to do it with Shape tweening and hints. Try that.
