FK on a Database Project

Hi all,
I have a DB of a notable dimension and I have organized it in some VEA 2003 ER model.
After that I created a database project.
Is it possible to create foreign keys from tables of different files included in the project?
Is it possible to define user type valid for all the project?

I hope in a positive answer!
