Hey all,
My General Manager is having trouble adding his printer to his laptop at work (and also at home). When he tries to load the driver (both from the CD and a downloaded driver) he gets an error message stating that the fixer1714.exe file isn't a valid Win32 application. Here's the error:
Now Launching = x:\fixer1714.exe -1xxx -f x:\DIVins??DAT LaunchAPP(x:\fixer1714.exe -1xxx -f x:\DIVins??.DAT)
Exit Code = 193
%1 is not a valid Win32 application
I've looked on the internet and Mcafee's Avert site but I can't find anything. I checked on the HP site and I can't find anything there either. Has anyone seen this error, or can anyone tell me what's up with that? AdAware, SpyBot, and Mcafee Enterprise haven't been able to help.
Thanks,
Joe Brouillette
