fixed page orientation

how do I change the fixed page orientation so that any forms I create are automatically oriented to Landscape instead of Portrait?<br>

Failing that, how would I keep it Landscape if I changed it for each form. (If i exit Access and return, it seems that the form returns to Portrait instead of staying at Landscape the way I changed it.)<br>

From Access 2000 Help (under &quot;template&quot;, &quot;specify a new template for forms & reports&quot:<br>

Specify a new template for forms and reports<br>
<br>
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.<br>
2. Click the Forms/Reports tab.<br>
3. Type the name of the new template in the Form Template or Report Template box. <br>
Note: You can use an existing form or report as a template, or you can create a form or report specifically for use as a template. <br>
4. Click OK. <br>

This a a great time saver if you want to all your forms and reports for a certain app to have the same look.

Or try this<br>
Open your form or report in design view<br>
then click the &quot;File&quot; menu<br>
Click &quot;Page Setup&quot;<br>
Click the &quot;Page TAB and click the &quot;Landscape&quot; button<br>
You can adjust margins here too.<br>
Click &quot;OK&quot; button<br>

Then Click &quot;File&quot; menu again and click &quot;Save&quot;<br>
you can &quot;Print Preview&quot; it to make sure its right<br>
Just remeber to Save it when you are all done while it's still in design view.<br>
