I have a page with a photo jpg across the top of the page. I have the background attachment as fixed so the image will not move.
The page has a long table that requires scrolling to see the bottom rows.

Question: Is there a way to keep the image at the top and allow the table to scroll "behind" it or disappear when it reaches the image?

frames is not an option.

sort of. I need the text to go behind the image. Possible?

I don't think so, otherwise it wouldn't be a background image right ??

Sorry about that. Hope I didn't ruin your thread.. I can't think of anything that would get you that effect. Maybe layers (DHTML) might do the trick.

I want to say Frames, but you already said no go..
