fixed assets purchasing transactions DELETE

We're trying to delete records from the >>cards >>Fixed Assets >> General >> Purchase window (Fixed Assets Purchasing Transactions). When an item is marked and the delete button selected, we get an error message: Error Message 30920241 not in 3rd Party Error Message Master.

what gives? is it not possible to delete records from this window?
