Fixed assests Module not showing in GP 2010 service pack 2. How do I add this feature?

A few things to check:

1. Is it installed? You can check by going to Help | About Microsoft Dynamics GP | Options - Fixed Assets will show up as a separate entry in the Product scrolling list.

2. Is it registered? On the same window (Help | About Microsoft Dynamics GP | Options) - go through the scrolling list in the middle to see if the Registered checkbox is selected for Fixed Assets.

3. Is it activated? Microsoft Dynamics GP | Tools | Setup | System | Registration - is Fixed Assets checked on the list at the bottom of this window? (Please be careful about making changes here, this could cause unintended consequences - if you're not sure, ask your GP partner.)

4. If the answer to all 3 above is yes, then it may be permissions. To test this, log into GP as 'sa' or someone with the POWERUSER security role.

Hope that helps.
