fix Homepage

I need to fix homepage to intranet site at work. Can I disable the internet option to change it so that the homepage can not be changed via Tools/ionternet options etc...

I have a similar problem I there a way to disable it in Win 98
 
I checked the URL, but a standard install does not contain these registry settings.
I am using NT 4.0 Workstation.

Any ideas?

But stop at the Internet Explorer directory. You can enable the policy Disable changing home page settings joegz
