Hi
since some days I have been trying to retrieve filesets for 6.1TL9SP4, my system is TL7SP6.
I browse to and I click on "Obtain the fix for this APAR"
then I choose "Download using bulk FTP" and select all the following options :
- Include prerequisites and co-requisite fixes
- Replace superseded fixes with the latest supersede
- Include fixes that correct regressions
I set my current operating system level to 6100-07
Then after I click "continue" and enter the details of the target machine and this gives me the ftp urls where to download the files.
However, the requisites are not included : it doesnt include the update packages of TL9, and it doesnt include base filesets of drivers introduced in some tl/sp between tl7sp6 and tl9sp4 that are requisites for the updates to tl9sp4.
I have reported this bug via the feedback form but have received no answer after one week.
I would like to know if anyone else has encountered this issue, I also have tried to insert the result of "lslpp -Lc" command in order to get only the missing filesets not already installed on my system but it doesnt take into account the file and it always return the same list of files whatever operating level I choose and whatever "lslpp -Lc" returns.
Thanks and best regards
Fabrice
