This is probably a really simple question to answer but...I have a user that ends up having FIVE separator pages print per document/print job. I want just ONE per print job. I've tried multiple programs, as well as all of the standard separator pages found in the system32 directory.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Is there any help to you from an article like this?

Separator page

I can't really find anything in there explaining why I'd be getting *FIVE* separator pages... I see that \E makes your printer eject a page, but pcl.sep (for example) only uses ONE \E. So...why am I getting *five*, then? *confused*

Is it related to just the one printer or do you see this happening across many printers?

Just for information this is a copy of my pcl.sep

Yeah, whaddya know, it just prints 1 sep page on a different printer (had to borrow one).

The print device I'm trying to get to work right is a HP Color LJ 5550. Is this a problem with the print device, then?

Maybe the "HP Color LJ 5550" is in cohorts with your printer paper supplier?

I suppose the next thing to try is uninstalling that printer, checking for any driver updates, and re-installing the printer, printer software and drivers.
