Fitting images on any background 1

Is there anyway I can make them fit any background?

open up the image in photoshop then hit ctrl + A which will select the dragon picture then hold ctrl + N then a window will come up, at the bottom click transparent background then click ok, then hit ctrl + V to paste your image in there then take the eraser tool and zoom in if needed and go along the black and erase it, then save it as gif and you won't see a background just the dragon.
