I use Access 97 and have many different users and printers. Laser printers put more information on a page then ink printers.
I use the PrtDevMode property to make sure that the proper paper orientation and size are used for every report.
In the PrtDevMode there is also a scale member wich works very well but it is not recognized by all printers.
Now in Ms Excel you may use "Fit to page" in the print setup and it will work with any printer even those who are not totally PrtDevMode "compatible".
Any idea on how to get something equivalent to the Excel print menu ?
Thank you.
