Hi, I'm having a very strange problem creating a report, should be simple just adding fields using the wizard step by step, but I get different results on different computers - can't see what is set to cause a difference!

I created a task to teach the creating of a report, I added lots of fields to the wizard and clicked finish - the result was a report with lots a narrow fields all fitting onto the width of an A4 sheet - however when I come to teach this, only some students get this, most get a report with lots of wide fields that spread across at least 5 A4 pages!!

I don't really mind which I get, I just would like everyone to get the same!!!

Anybody know where that switch is???

I expect this might be caused by different page sizes, printer drivers, or number of records.
