Do you mean resize to fill any possible monitor resolution/browser window size?


The only way you could come close to that would be to open a window and use javascript to resize to the full monitor resolution. Then load a flash movie into that window that is set to scale to the full size of the window.

But a "regular" website?

You can't.
The best you can do is make it work and be useable on any browser window size.

The word will resize in all browsers when you "zoom" the text size... with the exception of IE for Windows when you define you font-size using pixels (px). There is no way to stop word resize for the other browsers.
